Trust by design

Clear labels before big claims.

Grove separates what was found publicly, what a business owner has submitted, what an administrator has approved, and what a verified customer has reviewed.

01

Research is labelled

A public-map listing is only a discovery starting point. Grove does not publish invented phone numbers, ratings, owner descriptions, or verification claims.

02

Owners are approved

A business owner must sign in, apply to add or claim a listing, and wait for Grove approval before receiving management access.

03

Public content is moderated

Business details, individual branches, services, and uploaded images pass through review before they appear as approved public information.

04

Reviews follow real work

An approved business creates a private, single-use request after completing work. Only the invited customer email can submit it, and the request then closes permanently.

Direct connection

Grove is a directory, not the service provider.

Customers call or message a business directly. Prices, availability, work agreements, and payments are decided between the customer and that business.

Paid visibility

Sponsored will always mean sponsored.

Future paid placements will be clearly labelled, match the selected area and category, and remain separate from organic directory ranking.
