Simple rules for Grove’s current stage
These pre-launch terms describe the website as of 23 July 2026. Paid plans and wider public onboarding will require updated terms.
Directory, not service provider
Grove helps customers discover and contact independent local businesses. Grove does not perform their work, set their prices, take customer payments, or become a party to agreements between a customer and a business.
Research listings
A card labelled Public map listing is unverified research, not an endorsement. Its source link is shown so visitors can inspect the original public map entry. Direct contact details are withheld until approval.
Business submissions
Applicants must submit information they are authorized to provide. Approval may be accepted, rejected, suspended, or returned for changes. Grove may remove misleading, unsafe, infringing, or unlawful content.
Verified reviews
A review request is intended for the customer who completed the described work or purchase. Reviewers must describe their genuine experience. Businesses cannot edit, approve, or delete customer reviews.
Pre-launch availability
Features may change while Grove is tested in selected Jammu areas. Grove does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every public source remains current. Customers should confirm price, availability, identity, and suitability directly with a business.
